Our Liaison provides comprehensive therapeutic Case Management skills and knowledge to individuals to find, access and use community resources.

AfroCare

AFROCARE Services Inc, was established in 2016 to provide multi-cultural therapeutic direct services, outreach and advocacy to diverse populations that include refugee, immigrants, and minority groups from the African and Asian continent. And consultant services to community Mental Health, Emotional and Behavioral Health, Substance Use and Social Services providers.
